DISCOVERY TRIP

The Discovery Trip is a soft enduro trip created for the off-road novice/beginner riders. The trip has a relaxed format and overnights away from the base staying in UNESCO World heritage towns, rural and countryside retreats. We will ride all kinds of terrain ( gravel roads, grass, woods trails, etc.) but without technical trails. We have carefully selected the best authentic overnight locations and we hope you like wine and food, because this are some of the highlights of the trip...

DURATION:
• 3 nights/2 days riding with ONE overnight away from the base, riding different trails each day...
• 4 nights/3 days riding with ONE overnight away from the base, riding different trails each day...

RIDING SEASON:
From April to November.

ACCOMMODATION:
Traditional retreats, country guest-houses.

DIFFICULTY:
Beginner

TERRAIN:
100-150km a day​, 95% off-road.​ Daily mileage is subject to group ability, progress and weather conditions.

SCHEDULE AND ITINERARY:
Generic format, subject to change depending on flights timetable, weather conditions, riding ability, etc.

• [3 Nights Trip] - ONE overnight outside the base
Day 1 - Airport pick-up and guided tour of Sibiu. Lunch or dinner in the city center and transfer to the base.
Day 2 - Ride for an overnight in an UNESCO Heritage site, with accommodation in a rural retreat.
Day 3 - Ride back to the base on a different route.
Day 4 - End of trip. Transfer to the Airport.

• [4 Nights Trip] - TWO overnights outside the base
Day 1 - Airport pick-up and guided tour of Sibiu. Lunch or dinner in the city center and transfer to the base.
Day 2 -Ride for an overnight at an UNESCO Heritage site, with accommodation in a rural retreat.
Day 3 - Ride new trails to our second overnight location. Bonfire night.
Day 4 - We return to the base. Farewell dinner.
Day 5 - End of trip. Transfer to the Airport.
